Our Boiler/Mechanical Tech performs a variety of operations, maintenance and repairs for boilers, heating equipment and kitchen machinery and manages and troubleshoots assigned jobs from start to completion.

Primary duties

1. Performs a variety of skilled duties and operations; maintain, troubleshoot and repair boilers, heating equipment and kitchen machinery.
2. Schedule, coordinate and service monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and/or annual service maintenance with customers. 
3. Performs routine preventive and corrective maintenance on steam boilers, heating and kitchen equipment.
4. Performs replacement of appurtenant ancillary equipment such as fans, pumps, valves, and controls.
5. Assists in the installation of new or replacement boiler, heating, and kitchen equipment.
6. Assists customers and is present at boiler inspections as requested.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or the equivalent of a GED and 2 years of related work experience or equivalent work experience and training.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years recent related work experience with steam or hot water boilers or heating equipment preferred.
• Mechanically inclined and familiar working with handheld tools.
• Current valid driver’s license with a clean traffic abstract.
• Able to clear background checks for access to secure work sites.

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper that supports the Controller to ensure accounting system
modules in the company’s ERP software including but not limited to Payroll, Billing, A/P, General Ledger,
etc. are functioning properly. Ensure and maintain the data integrity of the accounting system.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Makes necessary journal entries in ERP software to balance the general ledger accounts with the
payroll reports from the HRIS system.
• Review and reconcile the quarterly and annual HRIS payroll reports and tax filings.
• Review, update and maintain the Chart of Account codes in the accounting system.
• Reconcile account balances in the General Ledger with supporting documents to ensure the
balances are accurate.
• Prepare necessary recurring and adjusting journal entries.
• Assists the Controller with financial reporting activities such as preparing quarterly and year-end
Profit and Loss reports; prepares listing for 1099 information return, etc.
• Process weekly accounts payable checks.

Qualified candidates should have:
• Associates degree in Accounting or Business Administration and/or 1 – 2 years of recent related
work experience in an accounting/business office or construction industry.
• At least two years of recent accounting or bookkeeping and cost accounting experience.
• Recent working knowledge of State and local wage and hour laws, prevailing wage rates and
applicable State and Federal tax laws.
• Experience recording financial transactions according to Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles (“GAAP”).
• Proficient in Excel; able to navigate, create formulas, analyze data and produce reports.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.

We are seeking an individual to join our Industrial Chemical team on Oahu and are willing to train if you:

Our Chemical Service Techs maintain, service and provide chemical treatment for our customer’s boiler, cooling tower
and closed loop systems to ensure energy efficiency and proper maintenance of their equipment.

Primary duties
• Performs routine preventive and corrective maintenance to water chemical treatment equipment and tests the
equipment to ensure it is running efficiently.
• Monitors and checks the operation of all the components of the water chemical feed and bleed system.
• Recommends to customer’s improvements/upgrades needed to extend the life of their equipment.
• Documents all work and services made to the equipment at each customer’s site location.

Qualifications
• High School diploma; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or biological sciences preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean traffic abstract.
• Mechanically inclined and competent working with handheld tools.
• Must be able to clear background checks for access to secure work sites.
• Able to work in confined spaces.
• Able to travel off island as needed.
